More advanced, technologically, is the Professional Extreme. With Race Mirrors’ patented aerodynamic extension affixed to the mirror lens, aerodynamic drag is reduced by as much as 55 percent. Of course the Professional Extreme housing is formed in real carbonfiber (fiberglass is also available), and recent refinements to the housing improve strength without a gain in weight.

Further refinements include a manufacturing change to the mirror mounting. All of our mountings are now CNC milled from a single block of billet aluminum. This single-piece construction yields a much stronger mounting and a lighter mounting. Our ball screws are machined from stainless steel to achieve long-life durability and low maintenance.
